Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or replacement.
